I don't think that the low rate is exactly the indicator of the bot. I also often do small inserts. Especially if lost the last games.

A majority that are playing (any stakes) are OBVIOUSLY players tagged from RUSSIA/Belarus.

WinningPokerNetwork has (more or less) curbed the 3rd party [programing] card manager collusion

SADLY there IS still collusion via VOiPs
